How long does delivery take?

How do I take it?
Adults take 2 softgels daily with food. That is one serving. A pouch of 300 softgels is 150 servings, which works out at about five months.
Does it taste bad like the oil does?
No. That is the entire point of the softgel. Straight oil of oregano is genuinely harsh — the softgel means you never taste it.
Why does carvacrol matter?
Carvacrol is the naturally occurring active constituent in oregano. Milligrams of oregano oil tells you very little on its own, because carvacrol content varies enormously by species — from about 30% up to 85%. Ours is standardised to 165 mg per serving and printed on the label.
Can children take it?
No. This is an adults-only supplement. Please keep it out of reach of children.
